Cicero on Mistakes:

I think Cicero left out government, because it persists in its mistakes over and over, and it seems you can’t swing a stick anywhere in government without hitting an idiot.

Of course, if you swung a stick in a government building they would send a SWAT team after you, but that’s another story.
