Mark Twain on Newspapers

Mark Twain on newspapers:

If you don’t read the newspaper, you’re uninformed. If you read the newspaper, you’re misinformed.

It certainly sounds like not much has changed since Twain’s time. If I don’t watch the news, I’m not in the know. If I watch the news, what I know is wrong.
